I went in to check out their gun collection, and when I asked the woman if I could see one of the handguns, she failed to follow any gun safety protocol. She pulled the gun off the rack, pointed it towards my chest while looking at the price tag, and failed to check if the gun was unloaded. I had to make sure the pistol was cleared myself. These are not toys, and management should crack down on this. This neglect is why I do not recommend this pawn shop and why they will never have my business. The lady was nice though.

I would give this place no stars if that was a thing. I paid $75 to have 5 brackets repaired on my engagement ring. After the company keeping my ring for months and months, I finally stopped by and found out my ring was sitting in their vault for who knows how long. I picked my ring up in July of 2021 and wore it until December of 21 when I noticed that one of the brackets I had paid for to be repaired was broken at the top where it is suppose to securely hold my diamond. Took it back to the store only to be told they only warrant the repairs for 90 days which I was never told, and she told me there were 5 brackets that needed fixed. Umm yea probably the brackets that I had already paid to get fixed that were in fact never fixed. I wouldn’t shop their or deal with the place at all. They are disorganized, generic and really poorly managed. Go to a reputable jeweler instead and save yourself money, time and aggravation.
