The worse Kay Jeweler's ever, I could write a book from the worst customer service to having my engagement/wedding ring messed up by them. Ya'll really messed up this time, warped my diamond in my engagement ring when fixing a prong for the second time and replaced both my colored diamonds with a shade I would not have approved if asked and that is the final straw. There's so much more I could say but not enough room to say ut.
