Please do not purchase from them. Computer and everything was going fine until there were lines going through my screen. Tried to contact them via Amazon, but that didn't help at all and got me irritated. I sent them a video of it and of course they can't see anything because of the connection and possible "faulty cord". I just gave up because going back and forth wasn't getting anywhere. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a new screen. Once again don't do business with them, because the stress that comes along with it, you're better off buying new and actually has a warranty that works.

Horrible customer service. No customer service skills at all and prepare to hold for eternity! They'll do anything to avoid warranting their products. Just pay a little more for a better pc somewhere else that honors it's warranty. I'll never buy anything from Blair Technology again!

excellent refurbished HP elite 800 package. Absolutely no problems. I am not a pro, but during the pandemic, did everything on the computer. I will use Blair when I update.

I ordered a desk top and received it yesterday....when I open the box and seen the monitor....It look like an old apple monitor that we used in elementary!!!..I am returning the whole system,it's false advertising, even though it is redurbished. I could have went to a local thrift store and purchased what they sent me...Never will I ever order from this company again!!!

Hello. Walmart limits us to a 30 day warranty. You can purchase an extended warranty from Walmart. If you buy direct from BTG you will get a 1 year with purchase, and have option to purchase a 3 year. Give us a call x921
There was damage to a bunch of the SSD drives with a Windows update. I called Blair and they sent me a replacement SSD drive. You cannot fix the disc
Call them... that doesn't sound normal. I would say first just unplug it and try again.
Sounds like you’re having driver issues or hardware issues, this is an easy fix!
