I booked a showing for my friends and I today and while the movie not starting on time did come in handy for me (I was running late). I don't appreciate the way about half of my party was treated. Since I was running behind most of my party showed up before me. While they waited for me to arrive they hoped to be able to at least get their snacks at concessions. Half of the group was allowed to do so, while the others were told to wait outside in the ticket area. Those in my party that were told to wait outside for me to arrive are people of color and those who we allowed to get their snacks are not. My friends being who they are and not wanting to cause conflict didn't tell about this until after the movie. I hate that they were treated this way and am very disappointed in the staff for letting this happen. Being able to book a showing has been a great way for my family and friends to have the theater experience without having to worry about compromising our health. I've rented showings at other theaters and this is the first time anything like this has happened. This is the second amc theater I've done this at and the only one we've experienced problems with. When I do this again it most likely with not be at this location.

We enjoyed a private theater and while getting condiments the staff did not seem to care to be there. Would love to give 5 stars because the bartender was amazing! He had great energy and just positive. Theater was clean, but some seats were broken.

My husband and I went to the movies just a couple of nights ago and it was a great atmosphere, very clean, you pick your movie and pay at the machine kiosk, there's a bartender with a full service liquor bar, and a pretty fancy setup for the soda machine, which was pretty neat. The only thing I have a complaint about is how low the movie was - it didn't seem like their surround sound was up to date. I hope they budget up and maybe get that checked out, I remember going to the movies in the past and the movie being loud and exciting like a movie should be. Other than that, I give them five stars.

Don't waste your money and time by coming here. Wow, this place has gone so far downhill that one star is generous. The concession stand, the only one that has actually been open in at least the past five years, is barely stocked. As in, we're in the theatre seeing advertisements of pizza, candy, soda and other snacks that are no longer available. Neat. The seats and floor and filthier than in the before times. If the company can't keep this place open, clean, and stocked, just shut it down. This is so utterly not worth the expense and we won't return. So disappointing.
