It’s a good company to work for especially if you’re just starting out in the security field. It’s an easy job. Go to work on time, dressed, and prepared to actually work. How hard is that? They try their best to accommodate your schedule. Worked with some “characters” but if you avoid drama and actually do your job, you’re good!

I never received my last paycheck was told to return uniform but agreement from beginning was I would buy my own uniform. I started with a 6 day work schedule which I was told would be permanent but slowly I would end up with 4 day weeks. Edit: Company policy doesn't dictate law. So I expect my W-2 before the end of the month. Also my last paycheck was more than enough to cover what I had left to pay on the uniform and than some. Edit: Like I said I got my W-2. I’ll be putting a complaint in with department of labor for not getting my money. I kept track of my hours always do. I didn’t work 2 weeks there just shows the turn over rate I feel bad for the owner for the POC manager he’s got.

The chicago location is not currently hiring off duty police. However the Arlington heights tactical security is.
Typically the process consists of a in-person with the hiring manager, candidates must bring updated resumes and active security credentials. Dress business casual hiring manager will make note. During the interview, applicants are asked important questions that will help the interviewers make the right choice. Answers given by the applicants during the interview are used to assess various qualities, such as integrity, selflessness, professionalism, respect for others, loyalty, and so on. The hiring Manager will turn over his/her interveiwing accessment of the potential candidate's results to our corporate H.R department. Hiring/positions are determined by open available shifts, including corporate buildings , medical centers, construction facilities, industrial facilities etc. DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION !!!!!! The office will not have any updates. Selected candidates will be contacted and given further instructions on the next and final steps.
