This company is complete garbage. Very unprofessional ruthless people who I would never recommend any one to work for them, unprepared leaders who are more like vigilantes as opposed to being trained and professional security guards. This company needs to be reported soon and they need to change managing skills.

They hire a mix of immigrants who can't speak English and other minorities, almost exclusively teenagers (makes me feel really "secure"). Regardless, their staff is beyond rude and pushy (literally). They handled the Rammstein concert at Soldier Field and it was an absolute joke. They came through and forcefully pushed people away from the front barricade before the concert was even over.

Yes that is important, I believe they have a Perc Card training course but I believe they take it out of your paycheck, Its probably best to check with them yourself
Great company to work for especially for off-duty law-enforcement officers, they pay very good wages to their off-duty staff and their regular security staff.
