The parking seems very limited by commercial trucks that should be parked at the main parking lot. This park is so small it should have better restrictions on parking. I have one small vehicle need only a small space & I still have to grab a spot in front of where I live before some other driver does.

The place has never looked nicer! I enjoy visiting the park. Very clean and nice staff from what I hear.

It wouldn't be a terrible place if it weren't for the MASSIVE amount of wild cats roaming around. They constantly poop in the yard, get in the trash and spray urine on the porch ect. I sometimes hear them underneath my trailer at night. Also, don't expect to be able to park near your home often because random people/guests will take your assigned spot when given the chance. Rules are not enforced! Expect you rent to go up by at least $50 every year (on top of the already very high cost).

This mobile home park is a joke, they never plow the snow or use salt, they have a huge problem with feral cats, lawn care & childrens park care is non existant.. The rent is too high & the water bill is out of control.. every year the rent goes up & the maintanence & amenities goes down.. it seems the management & the owners don't care about the ppl/community at all, all they care about is $$..
