Lovely 50's decor and wonderful classic rock music; tender and perfectly seasoned liver and onions. The fried chicken was crisp outside and juicy inside. But, the best part of our dining experience at Great Scotts was the service. Our server, Jackie, was welcoming, attentive and helpful. She noticed I hadn't eaten my salad and asked if something was wrong with it. I explained that I didn't eat anything but meat and that we would take my salad and vegetables home for my partner to eat later. She took the salad and packed it for takeout and brought containers so we could also take the vegetables. She brought more iced tea for my partner without being asked and came by to check on us at just the right intervals. We highly recommend Great Scotts Eatery for the food and the service!

Food was good but waitress Nona was terrible. We waited over an hour for our food while she sat in the back on her phone and then when we asked for silverware, she threw a pile of silverware on the table (pictured). Not the first time this has happened with her either as we have come here regularly this month since we work nearby. Definitely she needs fired asap. She also left some one else's card at our table. She should not be in any sort of food service.
