If I could give 0 stars I would. Believe EVERYTHING you read. The first week, I did not have a stove and refrigerator. The y said it’d be in before I moved and I had to hound them. It’s been TWO weeks since I told them my heat doesn’t work. The maintenance guy Tony called himself fixing it but it never worked and I told him the next day. I have a toddler who keeps getting sick because it’s freezing and they just don’t care. I should have listened to the reviews. Absolutely TRASH company. They’ll have another vacancy sooner than later because I’ve contacted my lawyer.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, THIS IS HORRIFIC AND VERY SAD. PEOPLE HANGOUT ALL DAM DAY HERE AND DON'T CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES THE PROPERTY VALUE IS SO LOW HERE DUE TO THE LACK OF HOW THE GROUNDS ARE KEPT UP AND THE COMMUNITY. THE "WORST" PLACE BY FAR DESERVES ZERO STARS.

Everything is nasty and dirty

Thankfully just ended my lease but I ended up moving out a few months before and got a condo…..no heat, broken doors, bugs, mice and a dirty building. They don’t respect or care about the property. I had gave them two letters before i started to deduct rent and break my lease. They came out IMMEDIATELY then lol. My heat didn’t work in January so I literally just left the place and told Katie. The building manager Tim is useless and didn’t care. Some of the tenants are dirty and loud. Broken mail boxes, dirty hallways and EVEN BED BUGS! Luckily I had good credit and always paid on time to get a place 100x better. PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. MY lease was a year but I moved out after 8months.
