Very incompetent. I worked for a entire week, & it could have went longer, if I hadn't called them to setup my direct deposit. When they send you on an assignment the ladies in the office literally have no idea what the job consist of STRAIGHT SEND OFF. They used to be more attentive. The whole reason I even bother with this service. The females in the office speak Spanish amongst themselves. Thinking I don't understand talking about the employees in a derogatory sense. They are cold towards you whenever you enter the office. They weren't like this before the pandemic. The good news is they aren't the only game in town. My suggestion; keep it moving. Avoid this place.

Maybe what you heard wasn't exactly what you were told. I'm not sure what you were misinformed about but you can always ask for the specialist name for better results

No man, he worked and was NEVER paid. Came to pick up his check on several occasions and was told unceasing mail on the 10th of September, which never received. Then kept getting the run around about some lady wasn't there to give him his check. The last time he came to the office y'all called the police on him. It's been a MONTH and he still HAVEN'T RECEIVED HE CHECK!
