The dispatcher is a reflection of this police department, and to say her attitude and demeanor is beyond unprofessional doesn’t cut it close. She literally hung up! Wow just wow.

They need to learn some costumer service and how to treat people. Went to get some help regarding a ticket and I didn’t finish my sentence before she cut me off and was rude.
