Really disappointed with the response. I was sitting on my front steps one morning working on my laptop. The landscape technicians that were onsite knew I was on the pouch they waved to me when they arrived. about 45 minutes later I can hear the leaf blower as he is coming around the corner from the back yard. I start to gather my things, Before I can close my laptop I head a loud thump and felt it on my lap. The leaf blower had blown something hard at my laptop leaving the front case dented and the inside screen inoperable. When I pointed it out to the technician he gave me a shoulder shrug and walked off. I called Christy Webber about 10 minutes later, had to leave a voicemail. About 3 days later I give them a follow up call, again please leave a voice mail the receptionist tells me . about 10 days after the even I call AGAIN. Finally I speak with the HR director. She said she got my voicemail and didn't have time to call me back... I let her know what happed and she said she would have to launch an investigation and would get back to me in 5 days or less. 5 days goes past I call, She said she is still working on it. Now we are maybe 2-3 weeks after this even has happened I place another follow up call. I must have caught her at a bad time as her response was along the lines of: Yes the technician admitted to fault, everything I told them was confirmed by the technician. What do I expect them to do? She said the company not going to do anything about it and if I wanted to have my laptop repaired I would have to take them to court. What a CF, Hopefully they don't damage something more valuable on your property or maybe your a lawyer and willing to take the risk.
