DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICES FROM STAPLES!!! They have only 2-week return policy!!! It's funny that I went to Staples to buy my CANON printer because I naively believed that if I had any problem with the device that since they are local it would be no problem for them to alleviate the problem. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!! I chose the absolutely worst place to buy an item because of their TWO (2) WEEK RETURN POLICY ON ELECTRONIC DEVICES. If I had purchased a Staples Warranty that they offered for a high price then they would have considered replacing the item and not returning it to get a different item or no item at all. Within the first week I was having problems with my CANON Imageclass MF451DW Printer/Copy/Scan machine. It turned out it is a software issue between computer and printer. It will not fix. Staples told me to go to CANON after only I tried getting the printer fixed for 2 to 3 weeks. Staples won't even allow to replace unit with a different unit. I wish I bought from AMAZON or Walmart or Best Buy who have much better return policies. Although I must be fair and say the return policy is a Corporate Policy and not a local Staples policy. It's little wonder that Staples is on its way to bankruptcy.

They don’t deserve even one star. Their associates have no professionalism! If you guys don’t want to give the printing service then just say no! I Asked to place a printing order, the lady at first was confident in her words they have printing services open, later then she tries her best to not take the order saying they are busy today order will be ready tomrw which I agreed yet instead of taking the order she transferred to someone who said sorry our machine is broke. Its just not professional and very inconvenient.

I ordered business cards. Employees notified me that the business card cutter was not working. I asked them to print me the cards anyway and said I'd cut them myself. When I arrived, I stood next to the counter for 5 minutes while an employee chatted with his girl(friend) while she ate snacks at the checkout. It took them 5 minutes to realize I was a customer. I initially thought that the girl was a customer waiting in line. No. She was just eating snacks with the young man working at the counter. (Both employees working at the store also did not have a uniform - which left me even more confused - I didn't even know if they were working or just hanging out in the print center). The other employee was using a MANUAL CUTTER to cut employee ID cards for another customer. I asked why he could not use a manual cutter for my order. He stumbled with his words and then told me that the paper was "too thick". He was using an industrial-sized manual paper cutter. How can he cut ID cards but not business cards? This was poor service and a poor excuse. Some of the business cards printed kind of odd (the color was blotchy), so whoever printed them gave me extras. That was nice of them. But still (I will never return to Staples after this). I'm finding it comical now reading the other reviews about the print services and business cards at this store. I should have read them before, but this was a rush order.
