Refund of $248.99 NEVER RECEIVED ! Sales Guy Eddie- If only on the day you saw me you were paying more attention to my needs and not your personal cell phone, I wouldn't have had all this trouble. You just had to do your job and ask me what memory I wanted, what color. But no, your videos in any app were more interesting. Another female operator who tried to resolve the issue and gave me her number to call updats- You NEVER answered the phone. A shame. With all of this I feel STOLEN, and HUMILIATED for so many calls and attempts to get my money back. It's exhausting and I don't have the emotions to deal with it anymore. So this is a star and my rant. - the whole story-- On July 25th I went to the verizon store (710 N University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33071) to purchase an iphone 12 128gb cell phone. I made the purchase and paid in the amount of $500 on a credit card. And the amount of $248.99 on my Citibank debit card. After making the payment, I noticed that the device had less memory (64gb), than my need (128gb), so the seller tried to exchange devices and his system did not allow it, so he chose to refund the amount paid and return the device, (the device box had not been opened, it was still sealed in box and plastic as it came from the factory). It was agreed and when I received the return of the money on the cards, I would return to the store to purchase the correct device (iphone 12 128gb.) Until the day 08/29/2022 I have been in the store twice, in connection with Citibank for 2 times, and in connection with Verizon for 4 times. and I still have NOT received the refund of the amount of $248.99 on my debit card (citibank account). On my last call with Verizon I was instructed to file a Dispute with the bank and untill TODAY 04/10/22 i STILL DID NOT HAD MY MONEY BACK! Attached are the photos of the return receipt.

You can do that at your local store
We have androids. They helped us a lot when we had a problem with the internal charger malfunction
