I am speaking from contractors perspective. I installed over one hundred of climate solutions 8100 series windows including their patio doors with and without internal blinds. I have nothing but great things to say about the product as well as customer service I receive from Agnes daily. Side note to all, remember that products is always as good as installer.

I would not recommend their windows or doors. I’ve had nothing but issues with them when we used them for a gut and second floor addition project. The biggest issue we had is the way the corners of the windows were cut at a 45 and when used in tandem with their nailing flange, we had a ton of issues with leaking windows. When this issue was discovered, we sent them a ton of pics and talked on the phone a bunch but the man I was speaking to kept blaming the installer and refused to accept that it was an issue on their end. When I asked for someone to come out and take a look they said they can’t do that and it was impossible for their windows to leak unless they were not installed correctly. This went on for some time until we went to speak in person and had to beg them to come look at our windows until they finally accepted. Once they finally showed up and showed them the leaks, they said, “oh there's the issue you have a hole in the window and it is leaking in through the nailing flange. You should caulk those holes and the flange.” Brand new windows, manufactured incorrectly and would refuse to accept responsibility. I had to fix this issue with caulk and hope it holds up for the life of the windows. Lucky me. We have issues with the paint on our windows peeling, our sliding door is very difficult to open and close, some or parts of the windows have popped off. Too many issues with this company for me to ever recommend it to anyone.
