There should be better visual aid parking and several entrances that give access to the complex are saturated, closed and several streets nearby it is also a bit confusing and a mission to locate

Pending case for 2 years, they do zoom for other kind of cases, why don't they do that for immigration cases, putting people's lives on hold for years.

The only thing is keep calling the Chicago immigration office. They can give you an update on how it's being processed. You usually have to request the change of venue 60-90 days ahead of time. If you don't get a response by Tuesday, most likely you will have to come back to Chicago. Then you would have to show the judge a copy of.your petition for change of venue. Then he can approve it or deny it.
When I check my court on Immigration
The courts are not canceled.
For anyone that had Court was given paperwork to state they were there on the 31st paperwork filled out and left at the front desk

I appreciate the replies I live near Champaign and we have a 9 am court date this Thursday. The automated system keeps telling us it is still scheduled
All federal agencies are shutting down on December 5
Midway is closer, but the court is off the blue line so would not need to transfer trains coming from O'Hare
I always park on the street. There is a lot of street parking around for $4/hr. If you have the app on your phone you can add time if/when you need it right from your phone. There are a few parking lots and garages around that can range from $15is to $30 or more. I always prefer the street if not going to be there all day. Just find the green and white "Park Chicago" signs and that means you can park on the street. Plenty of space on Jefferson Street between Harrison and Van Buren. That's my go-to.
