I lived at Prairie Point for multiple years, and I truly believe it is the best apartment complex in the area. Regarding the staff, Denise is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. I did have some issues during my time there, but they were resolved quickly by the staff. I used MaidPro for a thorough apartment cleaning prior to move out, and I received my full deposit. There are certainly drawbacks - loud neighbors are heard through walls, smells from adjacent apartments intrude. The staff does their best to manage those issues and works with tenants, and I think these issues are common in most apt. complexes. For that reason, I am giving a 5 star rating - this is a great place to live as long as you have reasonable expectations regarding the compromises of living in a multi-unit complex.

The staff is rude and the high cost is not worth the amenities or apartment layout. The property manager cannot be bothered and the other office staff have attitudes. They make a lot of excuses and do not get back to tenets about any problems they are having in a timely manner. I will not be renewing my lease.

Poor customer service, call about an apartment and spoke with Angela and she was so rude and disrespectful. I see why all the bad rating!

I’ve sadly had the same experience as other reviewers in regards to unjust move out fees. I stayed in the apartments for a year and it was a nice community, well kept, responsive and friendly maintenance staff. Amenities like the club house and gym always nice and maintained well. All of that was greatly appreciated. But they are very money hungry, they unjustly charged me a late notice move out fee after the office manager/ assistant manager Anne….took almost two weeks to get a new lease to sign. This is after I followed up through email, in person and over the phone they still took their sweet time getting the new lease to me and therefore I found a new place to stay because I thought they weren’t going to renew my lease. Turns out they were just playing games so that they could unfairly keep my money. Not to mention they never did anything about my loud neighbors which was the sole reason I moved out in the first place and they knew that. If you really want to stay here…. Stay only on the top floor…… otherwise your neighbors will make you miserable like I was and be prepared not to get your security deposit back….. if you go in with that mind frame you should be ok.

I am contracted through them for the snow removal, so I cant give you an exact answer but the little info I can provide is that I knew a women who had a 1 bedroom apartment located on the bottom floor and she said her rent was $1,100. Dont quote me please just trying to give you an idea. She also said you need 1st months rent and deposit. Deposit depends on your credit score. Hope that helps, if you have anymore questions I'd be happy to try and answer them for you
Hope not.
