A great group of people. My blood pressure went out of control, on three separate occasions. At 3 am, etc. They were very compassionate, highly skilled and professional, at times when i thought it was the end.

Awful, harassing me over a bill that insurance has already taken care of. Threatening to sue to me over literally nothing, because as I said, my ride was covered by health insurance.

Worst ambulance company ever. Also Dawn who claims she is a manager there is absolutely horrible. I signed up for a CPR class which had to be paid for ahead of time. The day of the class I had to go to the hospital and couldn’t attend. Dawn says “Not my fault or my problem you had to go to the hospital. People have emergencies everyday.” Her exact words when I asked if I could receive a refund for the class or attend another class. I could see if I forgot, however I truly did want to attend the class and could not. This type of response is absolutely horrible. How can you possibly work for an ambulance company and say that you don’t care and people have accidents everyday. Shows how much this company truly cares about the people they help.

There was a small fire at my job , they called me inside the ambulance to check me out because they noticed me coughing. They kept pushing to take me to the ER , I said I was ok. Than they offered oxygen without checking my oxygen level , they had issues with the oxygen tube. I said i’m okay and walked out, $350 bill came on my name.

Linda — Yes, we do. As long as you live in the towns we cover (Henrietta, Chili, Scottsville, Caledonia), you're welcome to stop in and borrow a wheelchair for up to 6 weeks at a time. Valid ID is needed at the time you stop in. Thank you.
