I have an awesome experience every time I go here. Less than 10 minutes wait time. I'm being treated for GBM and Dr Burke and her team listen and answer ALL my questions, which I have lots of 😊 I used to go to to Duke. They didn't listen to me at all. I appreciate Jenn Serventi and Dr Burke cause it's my head & I've been dealing with my tumor for ~15 yrs. The speciality pharmacy is also great.

Very difficult to get any information at all on the phone. We live in Houston and we were told we have to come in, in person and be registered as a patient before we can be given any information about clinical trials for my husbands disease. Also a doctor will not return a call unless we are already a patient. So unless you're a millionaire, or live in Rochester, good luck

Very unorganized treatment center, right from the Drs appts to treatment appts. My husband has been coming here for several weeks now and it is still very chaotic. They dont accommodate appts for your schedule at all. Get here for a 7:30 am appt for treatment and still waiting for meds an hour or more later!! This place needs serious organization.

I'm not sure but you can call the Cancer Center to find out this is a WONDERFUL idea

How good is Wilmot cancer institute? I have to change over from Roswell in Buffalo to Wilmot and I'm hoping to get the same excellent care I got at Rozwell

They're great! I had my third brain surgery there and I go up from Binghamton every three months to get MRIs. I see Dr Burke and her team. I just moved from NC where I was seeing a team at Duke and they are so pushy (for 12 years)!! I like my team better here.

Not good, to be Judge by front desk intake clerks who tell patients that's before they can be seen, the staff needs to see your doctor's report. So much for a second opinion if it's based on what the last doctor had to say. Still waiting!!!

That's completely normal. They need to see your previous Dr notes beforehand! If you're in a rush call the hospital or Dr office to have them rush them. They will do it, say you need a second opinion. You have to be your own advocate!
