Food is always good. Sometimes it takes a bit in line, but it's ok. I tried to order online (they don't have an app apparently?) and the website said they weren't taking online orders. Idk if that was just tonight or if they stop at a certain time, or what. Oh well, food was still good!

This place should be a landmark. The design of the place is original and memorable. The food is the best chili-cheese you'll find in the valley. Everything is made fresh and delicious. 10/10

Stopped by to get some food on my dinner break. Went to the walk up window and waited for someone to help me, they looked a bit busy but after 10 mins they neither acknowledged nor assisted me. Their window was cracked which may have been the issue, but if so they could have made me aware of the issue and assisted me another way. Needs new employment staff is immature and unprofessional.

Just got home after a long day, hungry, ready to eat and relax finally, but no. I had to get dressed again and waste time and gas in my car driving my WRONG order back to this location- AGAIN. This is the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks, and I’ve only eaten there 3 total times so you do the math. 2/3rds of my dining experience was spent returning a wrong order instead of being able to trust these people know what they’re doing. I’m happy that the order was corrected, but this isn’t a sustainable business practice. I even repeated the order at the drive thru box, and asked AGAIN at the window before paying. The worker looked dead at me and said “yes” to my order being correct and I was still given the wrong items. It’s kinda hard to check your dog by opening it all the way up to check for cheese, but if I have to stall the drive thru line 3 minutes to do it, I will. That’s if I even go back. So if you like getting home and realizing your order is wrong, this is the perfect place for you!
