Absolutely done with this place. More than half of the dryers have been labeled as broken for over 6 months, and on top of it, half of the dryers that aren't labeled out of order are broken as well. After wasting almost 10 dollars playing the guessing game of what dryer actually works the last three times, I officially give up. Was nice when it first opened, but I suggest finding a laundromat that doesn't rip you off. Nothing worse than showing up expecting your clothes to be dry, only to find them still soaked. Very disappointed

Machines broken without a sign, soap dispensers do not work properly so you will lose your money, washing machine took the money and didn’t work, phone number listed for the place does not answer…. Do not go to this laundry mat, it is a rip off

So I'm giving this place 5 stars. But it really only deserves 3. The location is convenient since I don't have to cross Metacom to get there. The place is always spotless and the coin machine always has quarters. The washers are large capacity and the clothes come out clean. The dryers can also hold a ton and dry them quickly...in a 5 star world. But in reality the coin feeders on the washing machines are sometimes jammed making the machines unusable and many of the dryers are out of order more often than in service. On more than one occasion I have returned to get my dry clothes only to find them hot and soggy. The only parking is street parking, but you can park very close to the building and it isn't much of an inconvenience. In the end I give these guys 5 stars because I get the sense that they really are trying.

I love this place. It's in a nice neighborhood and they keep the place really clean. The washers and dryers are always in great condition. Never any problems finding a parking spot either. Overall a grade A place.
