After waiting three months for a new patient appointment, I was 10 minutes late for the appointment. The office was completely empty, zero patients, and Dr. Diana Stephens would not see me. The next available appointment was in FOUR MONTHS. I expressed that I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and have a history of skin cancer so really needed to see a doctor earlier. The best they could offer is perhaps an opening would be available if someone cancels. My bad for being late but what kind of medical practice has no flexibility under such circumstances? Disappointing experience and do not recommend.
