I love this place,great for kayak adventures. Beautiful scenery. Clean campsites. Clean bathrooms. Lotsa waterfalls. And a few caves. And down the road more caves with a short hike to canada.if you love the outdoors this is worth the drive!

Such a fun place! The campground is free and on a first come, first served basis. Amenities include very nice, newly built bathrooms, a fire ring and picnic table at each site, and water hydrants throughout the grounds. (No showers.) Paved and gravel sites suitable for RVs, and large grass sites for tent camping. The campground is right on the water with a boat ramp and small dock. Gorgeous river with waterfalls and plenty of space for all kinds of water sports. Tours of the dam are available, and the camp hosts and rangers are very helpful, fun people. :)

There are no hookups, but there is water that you can use to fill your tanks.
Yes there are hookups. I think most non holiday weekends you can get a spot. There are also campgrounds at Sullivan lake fairly close by.
Don't know call the campgrounds and make reservations and also cal Cedar campgrounds and ask how busy they are we were there last week and no- in the whole area but us 2 besides the locals
It is free! :) first come first serve, no rsvp.
They keep the road cleared for the dam workers. The camp ground is open year round. Bathrooms are heated with hot water for the sinks
