If you are taking load to huntspoint market Bronx NY be sure you will spend 8 hours or more . They will not take you inside the facility. First come first serve starts from 7 am. Be careful when you park outside you can get robbed too. Be careful

0 stars if possible. Arrived at 7 for an 8 am appointment. Weighed and staged. After an hour messaged me that the product was not produced and to check back at noon. Ok. Already there and staged and a 4 hour wait is not unusual. Checked on load at noon as requested and they told me to leave the staging area go back out the gate turn around and check back in. Really? Waited in line behind six trucks to exit the gate. Waited in line behind another 10 trucks to check back in. Got to the gate and the guard shack said they he product wouldn’t be ready for at least another 3 1/2 hours and to leave and check in at 6pm. BS. Left. Called broker and dispatch. They cancelled the load. Lost a day of pay miles and pay. Beware.

Dispatch sent me a load on 2/17 @0920 with the appt time on 2/17 @0300 in NJ & deliver to US,NY on 2/17 @0800. Drove an 1.5hrs and I arrived to pickup and its not ready. Will this location work you in or have you reschedule for the next day?

Check at the truck gate they will call out back. Normally if available they will load you

They don't do general tours for the public but do some for select groups ever now and then
