Hello! I had been at my spine surgeon's office at MD Orthopeadics a week ago. The Maryland office was supposed to send the orders for an MRI and 2 CT scans to Viewmont STAT. That was a week ago. They sent the orders and pre cert to their Imaging clinic in MD. I've been calling constantly between Viewmont and MD to get things straightened out and get the orders and precert to Geisinger Viewmont. The people at MD Ortho were very kind but ineffective at getting these orders straightened out. EVERY time I phoned Geisinger Viewmont, at least 2-3 times a day, the agents I spoke with were so kind, professional and caring! Some names I remember speaking with were, John, Amanda, Makita, Maria, and others I can't recall. Just wanted others to know that this group is worth 5 stars! Geisinger Viewmont is the BEST! Thank you!

I had a cat scan , The appointment was easy to make , in and out , great service, clean offices,great staff. I will definitely go back for other services.

Update: They “fixed” my report by adding an edit that states Apparently the diagnosis should be… Yes, they said apparently. Not the correct history is or just a new report that is correct - jus this half attempt at appeasement. I have also left several messages for the director of radiology and have yet to hear from Ms Ewings regarding this. If you can travel out of the area, run, don’t walk. The “room” they give you to take off all your clothes and put on a gown is a flimsy curtain cubby area that isn’t quite big enough to reach all the way to the edges of the cubby and easily moves when someone walks by. Music with your MRI? Sure they’ll ask you what you want but then not play anything. No empathy for how stressful and anxious you feel either! And hey, icing on the cake they will somehow mis-read your chart and put the wrong diagnosis on the results! 0 of 5 stars, would not recommend. Taking the 2 ½ hour drive to Hershey next time around.
