We ordered 2 10 PC with ff and a side of Mac and cheese. With ranch and blue cheese dips. When we got home there was no Mac and cheese or sauces. And yes we were charged for it I'm not sure why it's so hard to follow a list of things ordered. It was at 4:30 in the afternoon wasn't rush hour and wasn't very busy. It's not the first time but will be the last. Food was ok but service should be more accountable

Managers were nice but didn’t do their jobs. I had spoken to a manager about getting a refund for my deliver order. He sounded rushed. I didn’t get my refund after two weeks of waiting so I called again. Come to find out the first manager out in the wrong card number so I told this one the actual number. A week later, still no refund. So I call a third time, apparently that manager didn’t even submit it for a refund. Ended up only getting a gift card and not the refund I needed

Had a very good experience with this Buffalo Wild Wings! We came in 30 mins to close. And the customer service was still amazing. No bit of snood or anything for us coming in late! Ryan was our server and he was amazing! Definitely the Buffalo Wild Wings we’ll go to for now on

The staff here is really cool. They are nice & helpful. The sanitation seems to be pretty on point. The food is good. Beware the carrots & celery though. I either got super dry or completely water logged veggies. Celery to the point it had gone bad. It wasn't the best to bite into a delicious wing & the rotten celery. I understand those things happen though.
