I didn't purchase my bike at this dealer but have been using it for service and upgrades. Most recently I had a warranty issue and received excellent service. The service advisor kept me in the loop for the warranty work, and the service tech really dug in and worked with the MFG to understand and fix the problem. It was like a completely different bike when I got it back; I am so happy with the performance of my Pan America S.

I was traveling from north carolina, the service department were very helpful with me .I needed a tire in a bad way and they fit me in . This is the largest store I've ever been inside and what a selection of clothing and of course bikes .woulalways

Do they offer driving lessons for newcomers on bikes? I need transportation for college and i cant afford a car so I figured I'd get a bike but I have little to no experience.
