Very frustrated experience. After waiting for 5.5 hours to have the tires changed (would be too long to put the details here), but when finally got the car back, we noticed the ranch in the spare tire tool kit was missing. We used it on the road yesterday for the flat tire and consider it a critical tool. Went back to ask but they didn't even bother to try to look for us. It's our first time using them but definitely won't go back anymore.

I called the main number and the automotive number and nobody in this building answers. How am I supposed to bring them business when I can't get in touch with anybody to find out if they even have what I need in stock? And I've been trying for 3 days now. 3 days!
