This place has horrible customer service. As a property owner, it's disappointing when I call several times in a day and there is no answer. Been dealing with this for years. Customer Service sucks, last time I was there the place was a dump. I don't recommend this place or purchasing a timeshare property.

RUN! This was the most creepy, disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot into. The pictures look great online but clearly are staged. We checked in and checked right back out. Red flags when we weren't even asked what the problem or issue was when checking out so abruptly. Stay somewhere else, you will thank me later

Ok. Can anyone who is not staying there go to the bar for drinks? If so, is there smoking?
Of course. Usually it is only a problem with outdoor pools in the winter.
It depends what stores you need. Staff have written lists & directions. It is a rural area. Each small town has certain stores, incl grocery, pharmacy, ice cream, restaurants, etc.
There is a newer and older part to the resort. The older part is very basic. The new area has better amenities. Cell reception is an issue depending on your provider. That is not limited to the resort.
I wish I had an answer. Be very cautious of this location. The pictures are not what they seem. Everything is shut down. They have one side of the facility that is used for conference rooms and it's falling apart and has mildew through out there. Also not the best smelling location. Be prepared for marijuana smells if you have kids. Only thing to have at this time at this location is the paddle boats.

Yes they do . They have the stepper, bikes, free weights, sauna, steam room, etc.
Torn between 1 and 2. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience because they were way understaffed and it took a very long time for breakfast.
