Called ahead of time to make sure they could do PPT's. Guy who picked up was very helpful. Got there did my transfer without issue. Ended up getting my lady something they had in stock while there, again super helpful and great service. All the guys working were pleasant and great to chat with. Some of these poor reviews are obviously from general degens. And in response to the review stating if you aren't "white" they don't care. My woman is hispanic/black. And they awesome helping her out. Joseph and Kelly are who we dealt with. Both great thanks again gentlemen!

DONT’ WASTE YOUR TIME! This place is very unprofessional and has horrible customer service! Went to a different shop just a few miles away, now THEY had excellent customer service and I had no issues purchasing what I needed.

This is by far the worst ammo bros out there period. I came to this store and waiting forty minutes while associates joke around with each other and other customers they were helping. All the one star comments were spot on the money, and I brought a rifle through this company. 1. Wait times are insane, 2. Customer service is the worst in the business next to turners. 3. If you are white you are great anybody else they take their time and treat you like you have all the time in the world. Lastly, owner go ahead and respond to me so I can tell you about your terrible self and your employees. Awaiting your response?

I bought two guns here, one in-store, the other online. Staff varies from friendly to standoffish. That seems about standard for gun stores and will not hold it against them. The place is well-staffed, and it doesn't take too long to get attended. Prices are reasonable, at or below MSRP on most guns. The same is not true in all shops.

Just wear a mask and they only let a few people in at a time but the wait is worth it...
Yes, all Ammo Bros locations are able to purchase used firearms.
None of the Ammo Bros stores have gunsmiths anymore.
Not sure, you may have to call over there
For guns the FFL fee is $75 and then your DROS fee is $25, if it's from out of state you also have to pay CA sales tax. For ammo it is $50, and if it's from out of state you also have to pay CA sales tax.
