They really do suck and very unprofessional, I know uber drivers who do ubereats.when they get a order from them they cancel it because it's not worth it
I don't know which McD's you went to get food. The one on Barataria Blvd in Marrero is very slow, but workers are very nice. The one on Ames and Westbank Expressway is awful and workers are rude. I'd call the Main office. There should be the number for the McD's on the receipt. Good luck.
