My concern is when your employees are distracted during a busy time such as 12-1 for example. I came in for an online order. A couple had received 1 smoothie and was waiting for their 2nd smoothie when one of the young ladies behind the counter called it out without actually checking the ticket and gave theirs to someone else who ordered a different drink. They had to wait while the worker kept calling out the smoothie that was correct for the other customer, even though he patiently told them multiple times that belonged to the ones she gave his smoothie to. Getting close to past the pickup time for my own order, I saw a different worker behind the counter in glasses wearing an iPhone earbud, the only one making smoothies at that point, put one on to blend then turned towards the back wall for a minute or two gesturing with her hands as she spoke to whoever was on her iPhone piece. I was still waiting for my order at that point. I ended up waiting nearly double the quoted wait time. Aside from my own order, I would hope in the future employees pay more attention when they're on the clock and not be on the phone, as well as paying closer attention to an obviously avoidable mishap.

This is a good, quality, reliable smoothie king that doesnt get too busy. Good for a quick lunch.

I remember going to the original Smoothie King when I was in High School. I've never been to a Smoothie King like this one. Wound up tossing the Power Punch Plus after a couple sips. Had a metallic taste. Have to find somewhere else in this neighborhood 🙄
