Yesterday store suppose to be open. Lights off , I peek through the door saw no one . I go to my car and ended up on the phone . In my rear view I see a young man and woman in their work outfit come by the door to unlock it to speak to an older man outside who seem to be the owner of the strip since he had keys to open the door to the bubble tea store further down . I can’t believe these two young people was in the shop but acted like they weren’t there . Weird .

Went to the Smoothie King at 900A Terry Parkway. I order one kind of smoothie and they gave me a different kind of what I asked for. Called the store like 6 times before someone finally decided to answer. Told Carols ( if that’s his name) the problem. He seem like he didn’t care smh so I asked for the GM or owner email he told me he didn’t have that information…….

I had a coupon. I enjoyed my peanut butter strawberry smoothie. My mom had a pineapple and strawberry smoothie.

They waited for us to leave and didn’t attend to us the whole time. The store was no where near closed. Once we left they decided to come out of the closet, turn the lights off, and close the store.
