Good for an oil change or inspection in a pinch but that's about it. Anything else I always end up taking it back multiple times for the same issue and being charged multiple times because they didn't fix it right the first time. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

I usually don't write bad reviews because I like to support local businesses. However, I never had a problem with Ken's tires until in April when I had them switch out some tires. Long story short they stole 2 of my run-flats, never returned them.. insulted me in doing so, and then lying to me saying they were going to "make it right"...4 times the guy said. I'm out 2 of my original run-flat BMW tires with NO explanation of where they went for "they couldn't locate them", just lies with no reimbursement of ANY sort. So very disgusted with and disappointed in their poor customer service...AND LIESSSSS. OH, I forgot to mention they replaced my original tire air pressure caps with cheap plastic covers...And if I were them. I'd be concerned about where those tires went and who they hire if they didn't take them themselves (or to sell on internet). What A DISGRACE AND JOKE THIS PLACE "OF SERVICE" claims to be!!! I mean, I even drew a picture of what needed to be switched out and where and where to SPECIFICALLY!!! RETURN AND PLACE my two run-flat tires. I'd give them 5 negative stars if it were possible cause they don't even deserve one. Did I mention I despise liars. It's not so much the tires are gone or I'll never see the tires, it's the flat out lies from one of the bosses or whomever I talked to telling me 4 times he will "make it right, he'll take care of it".. I can't stand liars!!!
