Despite getting off to a rocky start with communication , I would highly recommend the driving school especially for new drivers. My daughter lives in Utica, who was the student, and I live in Rochester. Since I live in Rochester and they only accept cash and paper checks for payment, worked with me so that I did not have to go to Utica to make the payments. Once my daughter starting driving lessons D.J made her feel comfortable, taught her how to drive on the highway, in addition to what she needed to learn for the road test. D.J was kind enough to call me with a progress report after her first lesson and immediately after she took the road test. Both my daughter and I were very pleased with the services that were provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I called to.inquire about driving lessons for my daughter who lives in Utica. I live in Richester, where driving schools are plentiful Moreover, was going to pay for her lessons , however way they accepted payments. I understand the pandemic has had an impact on businesses, but the very least they could have done was called me. After a few weeks, I emailed them using their website to do so, and still no answer. Sadly, they have no competition., which may explain why they have poor customer . I read a response from the owner who claims his secretary answers rings during business hours, however I have been calling for six months and no answer.As'I have mentioned, if they had competition, they would improve their customer services.
