This is the 2nd time I’ve had the same carhop ruin our visit. I understand being busy but she was outright rude. She started to read off the receipt but then stopped when she got to something they forgot and didn’t even acknowledge it. I noticed what was missing and pressed the button to let them know. After letting them know, I still waited 10-15 minutes for nothing before calling them and asking how long it was gonna take. The carhop who answered then hung up on me. I’m thankful one guy that was working came out and apologized and remade the missing item himself and brought it out to me.

Decided to try again after not going for about 3 or 4 month. The last time we had been there are food was cold and onion rings were burnt to a crisp and old. Last night showed nothing has changed. The onion rings were terribly burnt and tasted like they just kept sticking them back in the fryer to warm them up till someone order them. Also the cheeseburgers were barely warm.

It's nasty, cold food. Order is always wrong somehow & service isn't friendly. Expensive & nasty I'd just go somewhere else & save your money

3/17/22 I ordered a Combo 1 without lettuce and specified that I wanted fresh fries when I ordered 1. My order never came up on the display for me to pay 2. It was over 15 minutes before I received my order. 3. Fries were cold limp and saturated with salt 4. When the carhop a slender short young man was taking my card in to be processed for payment I stopped him explained the fries were cold and asked for fresh fries like I requested. He said he would make them fresh. Went in came out about a minute later and handed me the same fries only now they were even more limp barely warm like he threw them in the microwave which I suspect was exactly what happened. 5. Note my cheeseburger was also cold , it was dripping in onions, Pickle juice mayo and ketchup. The bun and meat was cold to the touch. But by this time I was just done.
