Very neat museum that gives you a glimpse of everyday life in Boone county in the 19 and 20th century. On site was also a small art exhibit and different houses and a general store.

The museum is free. They had an exhibit on local wedding dresses and attire through the decades which was really fun to see.

Yes. In fact all Columbia addresses were changed in the late 1950s.

Kelly our Wednesday through Sunday hours are always free. The only cost is for tours by advance appointment of the Village Homes and Maplewood house. And those are $5 per adult and $3 for kids ages 6 to 14
