I had ask for 2 hours originally but we decided to cut it shot to 1 hour but when I asked for the refund of 18 dollars since we didn’t end up doing the additional hour they told us no. There is no where on their website that says no refunds and no sign on the counter. I guess I learned a lesson but that’s very shady to keep money for time not used.

Helpful attendants in prepping our kayaks & gear then launching us. They are attentive enough to see us in as well. Lake was calm the day of our excursion and I wish we would have booked 2 hours. Truly an unforgettable experience and easily one of the top highlights of our trip!

Went spontaneously to this store and decided to go kayaking with my husband! The staff there was extremely helpful and I got to buy a cute little hat for our adventure! Totally recommend especially for tourists!

If there’s a local business to support it’s this one, small enough to where the customer service beats out the competition in price and kindness. Wish they still served ice cream I’d bring my kids back!!
