I receive treatment here and it is an excellent place. The building itself is old and outdated, but the staff is great. They are friendly, helpful, and have true concern for the patients well being. They provide a much needed service in this area, and do so in an excellent manner. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone who has an opiate addiction, or any substance addiction at all.

Helps ppl recognize what their addiction does and how it affects ppl around them. It also provides people with methadone maintenance. Weekly one on one sessions with a qualified counselor as well as suggested services and support. Also it has wheelchair accessible

Your best bet would be to call tomorrow at 7am 315-470-8340. From what I have seen people come in as a walk in under far more dire circumstances. Unfortunately I'm not on the medical side of it, I work security. I would say call tomorrow and ask to speak to either Karen Wickert or Annie Nappels. Good luck and be safe.
You will earn take home doses once you have been clean for long periods and successful in your treatment.
