I have seen some of the negativity online- But I cannot say enough good things about Lance and his son. If you tell them the issue with you machine- they give you an answer and they solve it. Are other places cheaper- sure..However if you want something solved and done right- Hidden Hollow Lawn and Garden is the place in Penfield I will go...

UPDATE submitted receipts in small claims, maybe you need to keep better records? Also, judge heard your disparaging remarks proving you are anything but a respectful business owner. Terrible customer service and Terrible repair shop. Didn't address my issues and returned machine broken worse, refused responsibility and were extremely rude about it

Terrible right from the get-go. Reminds me of the Seinfeld bit about no soup for you. Come in to drop off the lawn mower and as soon as I get out, I hear screaming, doors slamming, more screaming. Go in to the counter and they start off being rude to the customer. I was very tempted to just turn right around and leave. Decided to give them a shot anyways. Left my lawn mower for a simple carburetor repair. They call me back a couple days later saying they can't repair it because of multiple issues. I said like what? He mentioned the air filter and could not pull the engine over. I came home. Put the thing on the ground. Pulled the starter cord and it turned right over. Are they really that weak or that lazy? Seems like they didn't even make an effort to do the repair. I should have known from my initial experience. Wasted my time.

We do not repair the smaller types with "Weed Wacker" style engines.
We are not working on 2 stroke equipment as of 02/01/2017, sorry it generally cost nearly as much to repair as to just buy a new one.
