They don't even deserve one star. They were told it would be a will call delivery but because there was cash in the account they chose to deliver and then want immediate payment. Still trying to get them to stop delivering.

I called to do pre buy like I do every year and they said if I sign up for wireless monitoring that is free they would lock me into a fixed rate until June 2023. This is a total no brainer and takes the stress out of remembering to check tanks in the winter time.

I have been sick since January and I accumulated late fees and I got a hold of Lisa Laraio and explained the situation that I was in the hospital and I wasn’t at home and I wasn’t able to pay my bill for the late fee was taken off after speaking to Lisa she understood the situation and help me out.. thank you!!!!

Just switched to hellers, came the 31st to hook up serviceman was friendly and professional, they came the following Monday to fill the tanks and the tanks are monitored so I don't have to worry about running out during the winter. Glad I made the switch oh and the propane is cheaper than the previous supplier
