Store was empty, walked around the store for 20 min. Staff walking back and forth, not even 1 offered to help. I walked out and took the train to B&H, where I got great service. This place 👎 walls are empty and service I didn’t get.

Customer service was amazing. They have a wide variety of stuff apart from guitars - drums, high quality speakers. I went there for guitar strings for a friend. No regrets.

Yes you can.. preferably with a string change however you can buy a tuner and tune your instrument which would be a cheaper option for sure
