Literally the worst hospital I have ever been to. I have been to a lot of hospitals and this one is second to none in terms of helping and listening. Huge wait times. They make you sit in chairs. They don't listen and don't care. Would literally go anywhere else.

Went to emergency room 6am 9/20/22 for bladder that would not drain. Recently diagnosed with bladder cancer. First 2 nurses were like a well trained navy seal team on a combat mission. Had foley placed and out of pain by 7:15. They did outstanding professional job. Really impressed me. Last nurse of day named Jennifer was unprofessional, sub-standard service and could of cared less about me as a cancer patient. Asked for water, had to find my own cup, asked for another blanket and could not get. Asked for pillow and was told not avaiable. Asked for crackers or something to eat about noon and was told nothing was avaiable. Finally transferred out at approx 2pm. She should be working as a surgical nurse with her bedside manner skills or elsewhere where no human contact is needed. So disappointed in her nursing skills. Had urgent compelling need to inform you of above.

I was extremely pleased with my care at this hospital! I was rushed into the er then had an emergency surgery and was sent to recovery. When I tell you these nurses and doctors treated me like royalty that would be an understatement! My water cup never went empty or got hot I had fresh sheets and fresh hospital gowns daily the food was delicious and they didn't rush me to eat it.. they answered all of my questions and released me in a timely manner! Thank you so much for taking the very best care of me!

Just left heb hospital in hurst tx worst ever ,front receptionist is rude, has no compassion for the ill, Dr. Was ok one male nurse was nice I didn't get any names was just ready to leave as soon as possible. They put people in a room with make shift divider feels like you are in a third world country, for the money they charge and as much as the staff make should have better treatment. I would almost rather die than return to this hospital.

HIPAA does not allow this. If your cousin goes with you, they can give the information in person. If there are medical reasons this can't be done, you can have her primary care provider get the information needed.

Yes they do. Registration process will be able to give you an estimate of your bill. Billing dept is also very helpful and will schedule payments but you got to ask for them. Hope that helps

You will need to call the hospital and schedule that. Your doctor's office can tell you how to go about it, or the hospital could walk you through it. The dr's office really should have already done so. Good luck!

You can always call the hospital and ask. I am pretty sure there is a set cost for a normal delivery without complication that do not require extra stay. Ask for Main Admission. Main Admission can tell you.
