I’m sure the other staff is wonderful and the receptionist is amazing. Dr David Runnings however…..he gets NO stars. I’m only giving them a star bc of the compassion and understanding of the receptionist. To be dismissed when I am clearly in pain, sending me on my way with bo prescription, no pain management….just a simple “here’s some crutches, take ibuprofen, ice it and be on your way…” do you honestly think I’d show up to the ER if that worked? I left crying bc I hurt so bad but once again I felt like I was made out to be the hypochondriac. My blood pressure says otherwise and so does my foot that is now more swollen than before my visit. We will NEVER be going back nor will we recommend them or “Dr” Runnings.

I was treated very well. The doctor made sure i was taken care of at the ER as well as further treatment i needed outside the ER. The front desk and nursing staff was the best. The xray technician was very respectful. I am very glad i went there that evening.Erica, thanks for sharing your experience with others! We want to exceed patient expectations and are happy to hear that you had a great experience.

Excellent care from coming in the door until leaving—receptionist, nurse, doctor—all very helpful and caring.Thank you for the kind review, Donna.

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU HAVE SHINGLES, AND NOT JUST A RASH???

This is something a doctor can diagnose. An urgent care or primary care doctor would probably be the most appropriate setting, unless you are in intense pain.
