Purchased a Power Lift Chair for my 90 year old Mother. It was delivered on Wed. and was never covered with any protection. The Chair makes very loud noises been being powered to an upright position. The left side of the seat is out of alignment and rubs on the arm and makes noises. I stopped in on Sat. (3 days later) and wanted to exchange the chair because it never worked right from the beginning. The delivery person did not show her how to use the remote. Mr. Lynch refused to replace the chair. He wanted to fix it. I shouldn't have to have a brand new chair fixed the first day it was in the house. I will be calling the Manufacturer. If not replaced , I will have to call one of the TV stations to investigate.

John Lynch says what he means, and he means what he says. My husband and I ordered two recliners in June of 2021, knowing full well that pandemic-related supply chain issues would cause significant delivery delays. The first recliner arrived in the expected multi-month timeframe, but the second recliner (from a different manufacturer) was greatly delayed. Finally, nearly a full year after ordering, I received a call telling me my recliner had arrived at the store and would be delivered that weekend. I was thrilled to see the truck pull into the driveway, but absolutely shocked to see the delivery guys carry in a chair that was many shades darker than the light mauve I’d ordered. I checked my records, my receipt, the fabric swatch, and when I was absolutely sure this was not the fabric I ordered, I contacted John Lynch, “the guy whose name is on the door”. John immediately got to work checking his records, determining what transpired, and contacting the responsible manufacturer. He ‘encouraged’ the manufacturer to insert my order into that week’s production plan. My correct chair was in my living room 21 days later. I wouldn’t hesitate to patronize Lynch Furniture of Canandaigua for future furniture needs.

When I see prices not listed on items I just move on to the next
Very high quality of furniture and it is a little expensive more than Raymour & Flanigan's but the quality and the things you will see are not something that's just average or is it every furniture store
