We ended up here after a blow out on the thruway. The staff are amazing, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to their business. If you are lucky and close enough to use this as your service go to, don’t think twice and choose them!! Kudos to a great team!

I am disappointed about not being able to get the 4” cover for the wall light next to the lower bunk. It was not on top of the mattress and I don’t know how it would have fallen off. Sue and I noticed that the light was on but never looked underneath the upper bunk to see if there was a cover. We presumed that if the upper bunk had one, the lower should have had one also. As far as finding “missing” keys. I have taken care of that. I have installed all new locks that are not Ch #s and the door lock is also not a common code.

Had service in the last couple of days and I can't say enough about Keith's customer service at Victor. I even had electric Jack problems (not related to this service call) upon hookup, one of the guys came out and helped me. Thank you all!
