Dr. Synder was great. Unfortunately the experience making the appointment was awful!! It's very difficult to get them on the phone. When I finally did the lady was so unprofessional. My couple of weeks old baby started crying (as they do) and I wasn't fast enough to settle him or call out my insurance details to her. She thought she put me on hold but instead I heard everything she said about me to her colleague including judging me for making a phone call while my baby was crying and also commenting that she couldn't understand me because I was foreign and had an accent. For the record, I'm a native english speaker. I just don't speak like an American. Not the experience I'd wish on any other newly postpartum mom.

The doctors and staff are absolutely amazing! My 15 month old had her first visit and everyone was so kind. Dr. Mallapaty was so nice and understanding she made me feel so comfortable and her communication is great! ❤️

Dr. Murthy is my endocrinologist, she's awesome.

Everything went super fast and smoothly. Normally in the hospital it takes 3 hours but took only about half that time. Very modern and clean.
