Great customer service! The Manager Kristie was super nice and very helpful! Had no problem explaining everything to me and didn’t get frustrated with all the questions I was asking. They are always willing to work with me when I’m not able to come in on my due date! Very happy with this company!

Got my first loan about 6 months ago. Tried several other places but had no luck. This place has a second chance loan for people like me who messed up a few years ago. They're helping me get better credit by reminding me when my payment is due so I don't get late fees and stuff. I just can't say enough about how much they helped me. Now I got a bigger loan not just the small second chance one cuz I be paying good and my points are going up again

Completely rude inconsiderate and a complete disgrace to any business. Christie the store manager is very inappropriate she verbally threatened me on the phone spoke to me in a Demeaning manner she should in no way shape or form be a manager do not go here to get a loan worst customer service ever they approved me two separate times for loans the first one I paid off in full the second one I was going to be a little late on my payment date I owed 40.00 I called to make a payment arrangement was told it was successful and what my arranged date and amount was only to be contacted the next day and told oh our bad we have people in training working the phone “they don’t know what they are doing” Christie refused to own the fact that a mistake on her company’s end was made and make further arrangements with me as the customer to come to a resolution that would work for the both of us. Instead she verbally demeaned me for not having the funds she threatened me multiple times and used inappropriate language she said our conversation was making her head hurt as a manager it’s clear She lacks empathy or appropriate customer service skills and should be removed from any company she crosses paths with People trying to pay off their loan shouldn’t be treated like dirt under your shoe
