We were in town from Charlotte, NC and decided to dine here with a party of 7. We have eaten at many Brazilian restaurants and must say this is the worse ever! There was a guy that worked in the kitchen and served who was pretty rude too. Not good for business. The two stars are for the salad bar because it was good. All the meats were dry, tough and no flavor at all. The rude server brought brought meat and said it was chicken. To our surprise, they were chicken hearts…yuck! Some servers walked passed us without stopping to offer meat. Also, the restrooms were filthy! Overall, it was terrible! A waste of time and money!

My fiancee and I went here for our anniversary and really enjoyed. We got there just before the brunch buffet closed and dinner one opened so we kind of got a taste from both options. There was some really good scrambled eggs and potatoes on that brunch menu. The pot roast was also amazing! Another notable one that we both really liked was the chicken stroganoff. The chicken with cooked so perfect and it was so soft and just melted in your mouth! I also loved the spicy chicken salad; This was a cold salad but I really really loved it. I think my favorite option for all those items on the salad bar was the Malagueta Pepper Jam! This was just beyond amazing! We tried it with cornbread, the warm Brazilian cheese bread, polenta fries, regular soft bread, beef, chicken... It just went perfectly with everything and amped up the flavor of everything by a lot! Sweet and spicy and just beautiful! I actually didn't pick the meat option for the buffet, and went with only the salad bar and hot appetizers. I definitely got a good full meal in this. My fiancee did go for the meats though and he really was happy with whatever he ate. The parmesan chicken was one of his favorites he said. Everything was cooked just right. There was only one piece of steak that came at the beginning which was very cold which threw off all beef for the rest of the meal so he didn't try any other options. The warm grilled pineapple was also amazing by the way!

My husband and I tried Rodizio for the first time tonight. We tried every beef item and every chicken item hoping that one of them would be better than the last one, unfortunately they were all terrible. No flavor, undercooked, grissley and honestly seemed old even though they were being cooked fresh. We also both had a salad (not fresh) and a couple sides.. all bad. The ONLY thing we consumed that wasn’t terrible was the grilled pineapple and the vegetables that were in the pot roast. When we got the bill and learned that it was $75 for this experience that we maybe had eaten $10 worth from, I just could not leave happy. I stopped the manager and she was very kind and seemed to truly care about my feedback. There was another gentleman working the host stand however that tried to argue with me.. when I told the female manager that the potatoes were like water he chimed in and said “that’s how they are supposed to be in Brazil” and he went on to say “we have a successful product here”. I was not impressed by his customer service. I never complain at restaurants and I typically refer to those who do as a “Karen”, but just the fact that the price was this food was $34/ per person was just mind blowing to me. If it had been less expensive, I would have just took the loss and said well that was terrible, we’re not coming back. But it was honestly the worst meal we have ever had in Lincoln and that is including fast food.

The food and atmosphere here is fantastic!! Many different kinds of meat were brought around and even had to stop them from time to time because they were coming around so fast! The salad bar was awesome as well and the staff was very attentive. Be warned you better be hungry if your going here cause there is so much to try. Will be going to this place again.

Now that I've been here, I'll answer my own question: All in all, not too bad considering the focus on meat. You can order the salad bar alone for a lower price, and the only vegetarian item that you'll miss is the pineapple. (The pineapple's not a meal, but neither is anything else; it's all-you-can-eat.) The bean stew is not vegetarian at all, but there was hummus and edamame on the salad bar. All of the other side items are on the salad bar too, and half of them appear lacto-vegetarian. (I'll post some photos.) Between the bean and cheese dishes, I was full, and with a good variety of vegetables along the way, all while paying less.
Yes, just ask the gaucho. I've never had one say no.
These are slow roasting on a rotating skewer
They have itemized lists of ingredients for all the meats they come by with. The staff has always been very helpful when my family had an question about gluten or other allergies that may be present in any of the foods.
They can serve pretty much any type of steak: T-Bone, sirlion, or prime rib. It is mainly a rotisserie chicken, beef, lamb, fish, and pineapple restaurant where a waiter comes around and slices a bit off of a rotisserie for you to try, and last I checked there were 17 different meats and fruits to try.
Anything is fine. I've seen both dressed down and dressed up.
For the Lincoln location, the full Rodizio (unlimited salad bar and meats) is $29.99.
