As I read on the website, I can print documents and they have a notary, I want to know if they still have those services and until what time is the notary?

One of the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to the store to have a letter sent and the man behind the desk (Mike) had the worst attitude right from the start. I told him I would like it sent with a return label in it and also I would like to have the letter signed for when it was delivered because it was important documents. I gave him the address and then started to argue that the address I gave him was incorrect and then he messed up the shipping multiple times before he had to call someone to fix his mistake all with the most arrogant attitude. I will NEVER go back to this store again. Long story short, I told him to cancel the whole thing and I’ll go to FedEx to ship it.
